Elke, is a Co-founder of Foundation Family Wealth. Driven by a love for investments and a deep curiosity about people, she helps clients navigate the often overhwhelming world of financial planning. She believes that the best advice comes when we understand not just numbers, but the person behind them.

Her strengths lie in breaking down complex financial issues into clear, actionable steps, and in helping clients articulate their true long-term goals. She is passionate about guiding and empowering clients, so they feel confident making decisions about their money.

With 20 years in financial services, she brings both experience and heart to her role. At Foundation, she oversees all financial planning advice and leads our efforts to leverage technology to service clients more efficiently

Elke strengthened her profile in the financial services industry by winning the Citywire Top Financial Adviser of the Year 2025-award. Alongside Sunél Veldtman, CFA® CFP®, she was nominated in all six financial planning categories and secured both the Financial Planning Process award and the honour as the overall best financial adviser in South Africa.

Elke has a B.Comm (Hons) in Financial Analysis, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, also holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and a coaching qualification through UCT.

Beyond work, Elke finds joy in nature, cooking, and shared meals over good wine. Most of all, she cherishes her time with husband, Erol, and her two children.
